Adam Carace

CEO

About

Adam Carace, ACE, is the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Pest-End, bringing nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, technical expertise, and visionary leadership to the pest control industry. As a second-generation owner, Adam’s journey with Pest-End began long before his official career—starting with stamping bills as a toddler and eventually working his way through nearly every position within the company. Over the years, he has served as an office administrator, pest control technician, certified canine handler, office manager, and operations manager before assuming the role of CEO in 2017. This well-rounded experience has given Adam a deep understanding of the business and the leadership insight needed to successfully guide Pest-End’s continued growth.

Under Adam’s leadership, Pest-End has expanded into new markets, diversified its service offerings, and strengthened its reputation as one of New England’s leading family-owned pest and wildlife management companies. While focused on growth and innovation, Adam remains deeply committed to preserving the company’s family-first culture. “Our commitment to being a family-owned business is at the heart of everything we do,” Adam says. “As we’ve grown, we’ve made sure to keep that sense of family in our company culture—it’s what makes us stand out and keeps us grounded.”

On the technical side, Adam holds multiple pest management licenses and certifications across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine and earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) designation. He also holds a business degree from Hesser College and continues to expand his education through ongoing professional development and industry training. His passion for both technical excellence and strategic growth has helped position Pest-End as a trusted partner for customers throughout the Northeast and beyond. Through the strong relationships he has built within the industry, Pest-End and its network of subcontracting partners are able to service accounts across the entire East Coast.

Adam is also highly respected for his leadership and advocacy work within the pest management industry. He serves on the Executive Board of QualityPro, helping guide the industry’s leading credentialing program, and remains actively involved with both the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and the New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA). A passionate advocate for public policy, Adam is deeply engaged on the local, regional, and national levels. He currently serves as Chair of Public Policy for NEPMA and is a member of NPMA’s Public Policy Committee, where he works to advance and protect the interests of the pest management industry. In recognition of his tireless advocacy efforts and industry leadership, Adam was honored with NPMA’s prestigious Public Policy Person of the Year Award in 2025.

Driven by a passion for helping family-owned businesses succeed, Adam values collaboration and relationship-building throughout the industry. His forward-thinking vision, operational knowledge, and commitment to both people and progress continue to shape the future of Pest-End and the pest management profession as a whole.
