Courtney Carace, ACE, is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Pest-End, bringing more than 20 years of experience and leadership to the pest control industry. Since joining the company in 2004, Courtney has worked her way through nearly every facet of the business—from operations and technical services to management and executive leadership—giving her a unique understanding of both the day-to-day demands of the industry and the needs of a growing team. Today, she leads Pest-End’s daily operations while helping shape the company’s long-term vision and strategic growth throughout New England. Her goal is to position Pest-End as the premier family-owned pest control and wildlife company in the region.

Courtney holds pest control operator licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine and earned her Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification in 2019. Known for her operational expertise, strategic mindset, and ability to remove obstacles for her team, she has played a key role in Pest-End’s continued growth and success. Reflecting on the strength of the family business, Courtney shares, “Adam, Amanda, and I work so well together because our strengths complement each other. Each of us brings a distinctive set of skills to the table, which allows us to take ownership of different aspects of the business and drive our collective success.”

A passionate advocate for the pest management industry, Courtney is deeply involved at both the regional and national levels. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and is President-Elect of the New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA). She also chairs NPMA’s Leadership Networking Council and serves on numerous committees dedicated to advancing the industry and developing future leaders. Courtney is a graduate of NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program and a current participant in NPMA’s prestigious Leader Launch program. In recognition of her leadership and contributions, she received NEPMA’s Women of Excellence Award in 2021.

Beyond her leadership at Pest-End, Courtney is passionate about giving back to the industry that has provided so much for her family. She is a proud member of Pi Chi Omega, a fraternal organization dedicated to advancing the science of pest management, and remains committed to supporting the next generation of professionals while helping elevate the industry as a whole.
